Oblivious
A Eurasian tree sparrow, Passer montanus, remains oblivious to my presence as I admired it from afar. Locally, we call it maya. It’s quite common in the Philippines and I usually just ignore them, but it’s interesting how the lush greenery and the vivid pink bougainvilleas added beauty to this otherwise common sight.
