Partial Solar Eclipse happens when the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth, but they don’t align in a perfectly straight line, so the Moon only partially covers the Sun’s disc.
We experienced this phenomenon today and I was awestruck at how the sun looked like a crescent moon.
We were in Boljoon when I took the above photo at around 9 AM. I took it with our van’s tinted windows as my photo filter. Our driver noticed my struggles in framing my shots, so he pulled over so I could take more photos. Yey!
